Ingredients:-
2 Celery Stalks chopped
1 Large Carrot sliced
1 Onion sliced and diced
1/2 Cabbage chopped
1/4 Cup Fresh Parshley
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 dried basil
2 Peeled garlic
Diced Tomatoes
Dash of Black Pepper
Steps/Method:-
Add Olive Oil to medium high heat, add Onion, Carrots and Celery
Cook for 4-5 minutes
Add 2 garlic
Add Dried Oregano
Add Salt and Basil
Add cabbage and cook until nice and soft
Add diced tomato
Let simmer and remove from heat and add parshley and black pepper.
