Whoredom and Promiscuity

Whore definition:-1. a person who engages in sexual intercourse for pay : PROSTITUTE

2 offensive : a promiscuous or immoral woman or an offensive word for a woman who is thought to have a lot of sexual partners 

3 : a male who engages in sexual acts for money

4 : a venal or unscrupulous person

Promiscuity definition:-the fact or state of being promiscuous. 

Deuteronomy 23:17 There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel.

Leviticus 21:7 They shall not take a wife that is a whore, or profane; neither shall they take a woman put away from her husband: for he is holy unto his God.  

Leviticus 21:9 And the daughter of any priest, if she profane herself by playing the whore, she profaneth her father: she shall be burnt with fire. 

Leviticus 19:29 Do not prostitute thy daughter, to cause her to be a whore; lest the land fall to whoredom, and the land become full of wickedness. 

Deuteronomy 23:18 Thou shalt not bring the hire of a whore, or the price of a dog, into the house of the LORD thy God for any vow: for even both these are abomination unto the LORD thy God.
